FAQ
What gear do you use?
The main camera I shoot with is a Canon R6 Mark ii. My favorite part of my gear is my monster of a lens the RF 28-70mm F2 L USM. When you invest in a photographer you're also investing in the gear. I also carry around my back up camera the Canon R6 with an RF 35mm f/1.4L IS USM Lens.
What if I am awkward in front of the camera?
Don't stress!! I come prepared with to help guide you through the shoot and make you comfortable!
Will our wedding photos be backed up and safe?
Absolutely! I actually have EIGHT backup systems. Your photos are highly protected and such a big priority for me.
When investing in a photographer you want to make sure they will go the extra mile for you and your photos!!
Do we choose our music?
Usually, we select music that best complements the mood of your film. It's important to note that because artists and record labels own the rights to their music, we must obtain proper licensing through certified websites. Licensing a song for your film grants us permission to use the artist's work legally. Failure to license music can result in legal action from the artist or label, leading to the removal of your video from social media platforms and the web. All the music I use is licensed through platforms like Artlist, Musicbed, or Audio Jungle. Songs from Artlist are included in my services at no extra cost to you, as I maintain annual subscriptions with them. If you prefer to choose your own music from Musicbed or Audio Jungle, you have that option. However, please be aware that there will be additional fees (typically ranging from $25 to $50 per song) added to your contract. If you wish to select your music, please discuss this with me during the booking process so we can include it in the contract agreement.
Who is the videographer?
My Husband Matthew Christmas! He has a passion for film and is currently in an amazing film school! He uses top notch gear and really is incredible. Contact me to see a sample video!
Turnaround time?
We understand the anticipation of reliving your special day through your wedding video. Our turnaround time typically ranges from 8 to 10 weeks after your wedding day, depending on the package you choose, and the complexity of editing involved but you will get your 1-3 min teaser 78 hours after your wedding!
Why should we book photo and video?
It's an amazing investment and saves you money! Why not get the luxury of booking your photo and video for your wedding at the same place! It's convenient and in my opinion makes for a better experience. Your videographer and photographer will know each other and know how to work alongside each other with the flow of a wedding day. Plus, our photo and video are one of a kind ! (-:
